As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating opportunities in the Telco Industry through new business activities within both new and existing accounts.
WHAT YOUR JOB WILL LOOK LIKE
- Generate new business opportunities and identify key stakeholders within the target customer group
- End to end sales cycle management, including closing the deal
- Thought leadership on use cases to develop / support goals and objectives of sales-boosting by working with internal departments (e.g. Marketing)
- Be the Whalebone expert at conferences, workshops, and panel discussions to bring industry expertise and demonstrate thought leadership of Whalebone in your market
- Lead the conversation in sales meetings to demonstrate the value of Whalebone as a Product
- Prepare and execute RFX documents that will ensure compliance and maximize Whalebone’s chances to win deals
- Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative in your role to grow the business
- Keep accurate records and reporting of the Sales Funnel
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Proven track record in a new business sales environment
- Ability to build relationships and get in touch with multiple communication partners within the Buyer’s organization (top management, expert departments)
- Previous collaborative / team environments exposure
- 2-3 years of sales enablement experience with corporates
- Excellent English (German / Spanish / French is an advantage)
