About the speakers:

Lorenzo Bracci is an Account Executive at Whalebone. Lorenzo works with internet service providers to turn network-level security into clear, commercially viable services that grow ARPU, strengthen customer loyalty, and help operators stand out in a crowded market.

Tadeas Hájek is a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Whalebone. Tadeas focuses on regional and country-specific threats, investigating how scams and phishing campaigns are built, why they succeed, and why local context is essential to stopping them.

About this session:

Join Whalebone's Lorenzo Bracci and Tadeas Hájek for a session built for internet service providers. This discussion explores a question more operators are asking: how can security stop being a cost and start becoming a source of revenue, loyalty, and trust?

The session pairs commercial strategy with a ground-level view of the threat landscape. Lorenzo explains why security is now a universal customer expectation, why ISPs hold an unfair advantage in delivering it, and how to package protection as a service that grows ARPU and reduces churn – without competing on price and speed alone. Tadeas then walks through a single day in the life of an ordinary internet user, revealing three real scams – a WhatsApp voting scam, a package-delivery text, and a FIFA 2026 ticket fraud – and shows why so many of these threats are regional by design.

Backed by Whalebone's own threat data – including nearly 4 billion threats intercepted on Whalebone's DNS for the EU service in the first quarter of 2026, almost 500 every second – the session makes the case for intelligence that understands local context and for protection that lives at the network layer, where users are never asked to install anything.

You will learn:

Why security has become a universal customer expectation, and how ISPs can meet it?

How network-level, no-installation protection stops threats before they reach the user?

Why regional threat intelligence catches the scams that globally focused feeds miss?

How everyday scams, from messaging apps to parcel texts to ticket sales, are reshaping user trust?

How to turn cybersecurity into a service that grows ARPU, loyalty, and revenue?

How to launch and scale protection quickly, with local deployment in about 30 minutes?

Watch this session to understand where the threat landscape really stands, what your customers expect today, and how to turn cybersecurity into a scalable and commercially viable service.
